Werner Morawietz specializes in costs and results improvement measures (pricing) as well as the conceptualization and implementation of tailor-made tools for project controlling, risk management and claim management.

This is illustrated brilliantly in an example from his past career. In April 1996 he became part of the commercial management team running a medium-sized industrial company involved in international steel construction projects. During his 15-year management role, this company developed into a successful company with an average EBIT of 11% and an ROCE between 35% and 45%.
